Domaine Maurice Griss is a family business that has been passed down from mother to daughter. Josiane GRISS has been working on 8.5 hectares of vines in organic conversion since 2017 on the best terroirs of Ammerschwihr. Grapes harvested by hand at maturity, selective sorting, slow and gentle pressing, and the most natural vinification possible guarantee authentic wines. In the cellar of the estate, you will be warmly welcomed by Marion, Josiane’s niece. On certain evenings, Marion transforms the cellar into a wine bar where she offers platters of Alsatian products and, once a month, a gourmet theme evening.
