Words of the winemaker about this wine

Blend of 2 plots, one at an altitude which brings freshness and minerality, and another lower in the hillside with richer, well-exposed soil, which gives an aroma of very ripe, very exuberant fruit

Food pairing

Almond trout, roast sea bass, chicken with yellow wine and seafood

Tasting

This grand cru is a small crystal, pure and brilliant. The nose is complex, sparkling between notes of citrus fruits picked at full maturity and deep mineral nuances. The palate is both smooth and sharp, organized around a long, supple and racy acidity. Masterful finish on a slightly astringent, fruity and stony return.
