Tasting |
This grand cru is a small crystal, pure and brilliant. The nose is complex, sparkling between notes of citrus fruits picked at full maturity and deep mineral nuances. The palate is both smooth and sharp, organized around a long, supple and racy acidity. Masterful finish on a slightly astringent, fruity and stony return. |
