1: Application of the GTC
These general conditions of sale govern the terms of sale between any user of the site lesvinspirouettes.com and the company Les Vins Pirouettes. By placing an order, the user undertakes to accept the general conditions of sale of the site lesvinspirouettes.com.
2: Terms of order and payment

Secure payment by credit card is made via the Crédit Mutuel server.
3: Prices
The prices are indicated in euros and take into account the value added tax (French VAT in force and applicable on the day of the order) but excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are calculated according to the number of bottles ordered and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products ordered. Les Vins Pirouettes reserves the right to modify the prices at any time but undertakes to invoice the products ordered at the price in force at the time of registration of the order.
4: Delivery and receipt
The products purchased on the site are delivered in Metropolitan France.
The delivery time for France is 7 working days. The delivery of the order is made after receipt of the corresponding payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the payment is validated and the order sent. In case of breakage, loss or missing, reservations must be made to the delivery person at the time of receipt of the packages and to inform us by email: hopla@lesvinspirouettes.com.

9: Right of withdrawal
According to Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) clear days to return a product to us from receipt of the products ordered. You can then return the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition (unopened bottles, undamaged items) at your expense, accompanied by your invoice. The risks incurred by the products when returning to the company Les Vins Pirouettes are assumed by the customer. Subscription to insurance is recommended with the carrier. This is particularly necessary in the event of spoliation or loss of these goods by their services.
10 : Litigation
These general conditions of sale are subject to the application of French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution. Otherwise, all disputes arising from the execution of an order or the interpretation of these conditions and more generally agreements of any kind concluded between the parties will be the jurisdiction of the court. In case of non-payment, compensation of 50% of the invoice amount per day not paid will be claimed, all without prejudice to damages for abusive resistance.
11 : Legal information
Under Ordinance No. 59-107 of 7 January 1959 which stipulates the prohibition of the sale of alcohol to minors, Law No. 74-631 of 5 July 1974, the buyer undertakes, by filling in the information when ordering, to be eighteen (18) years old on the date of the order by communicating his date of birth when creating his account on the site lesvinspirouettes.com.
